Paypal buyer protection?

Hey, I have a case open with Paypal with buyer protection. The guy activated it because the package took longer than expected. It arrived but the case is still running and I asked the guy to close the case but he says he has to wait for Paypal, although the case will be closed soon. Does he want to rip me off or is that true?

Päckchen and PayPal is the worst combination.

mode of payment (for seller) and no proof of shipping (provided by PayPal)

As a seller you do not offer PayPal as a payment. Either cash or bank transfer.

Otherwise, you have such a problem, and this happens more and more frequently every day.

This also applies to other models such as pay safe etc.
