Paypal blocked what to do?
Hello, I'm "blocked" on PayPal or something like that. My account didn't have enough funds and PayPal wanted to deduct 10 euros. But since that didn't work, my bank account was removed from PayPal and can NOT be added again. It always says "Error with bank account" because there doesn't seem to be any money on it, but now there is money in the bank account, I mean? How am I supposed to transfer the money to them if they reject my bank account? Actually, I would have said it doesn't matter, I'll just never use PayPal again, but you can't pay with Volksbank on most sites, you need PayPal for that.
