Paypal fraud?
Hello, I have a small problem. I only use PayPal for one thing and that is to order food from Lieferando every now and then when I'm out with friends. And yesterday I suddenly got an email saying: Thank you for your order from Just Eat with your address in the United Kingdom. And what happened to me? Anyway, I've spoken to PayPal. They don't have a solution and they'll get back to me. The person at PayPal said the guy logged in using my login name and password. Even though I have 2FA, does anyone have any idea what I can do? Has this happened to anyone before?

Others have already answered the subject themselves. However, a note: Protecting access with 2FA is better than without 2FA, but also no 100% security.
