You can try to get a refund on PlayStation Store. Just look at their website according to the refund policies. Normally, you can apply for a refund if you haven’t bought the game for a long time and didn’t play it. Via PayPal directly it becomes more difficult as they usually refer to the guidelines of the seller. So, best to try directly at PlayStation Store
