Hallo, ich habe bei der Betrüger Seite  Matteo Berlin bestellt und unter anderem falsche Ware erhalten und Ware die nicht der angegebenen Qualität entspricht. Der laden hat bei Trustpilot von 235 Bewertung 98% negativ und es ist offensichtlich, dass es ein Betrügerladen ist. Ich habe zum Glück mit Pay Pal gezahlt. Ich wollte die Ware…

I guess (!, more you can’t do) that you have noticed due to the name of a party to the transaction, or for other reasons. What information does PayPal want? Do you have to legitimate yourself? Then I hope for you that you are full-year and can prove that. Perhaps your behavior or transactions has caused the suspicion that you could be at least a year, which you certainly are not and have legally registered the account. But without sending the required information, it will no longer go further here.

If this is not the case, you must expect the PayPal account to be dense and permanent.

So I’m actually not a PayPal specialist. For me, this reads so that you suspect that you are a commercial participant with a private account. Have you done many similar or similar transactions?

The last sentence alone suggests that you suspect a commercial use.

Maybe it’s good to contact the support instead of just writing it… 🤷 ♂️

Because PayPal is a bank license, and that’s why you need to know if you’re really the one you registered there. Then all the data must fit, Date of birth.

If you’re in the PayPal app, it can’t be a Scam or the like.

Probably you haven’t shown that you’re full year. There is nothing concrete in the picture. Since you always change your age here (once you go to the main school, a year later you will get 30 etc) there are some uncertainties with your account if this is really official from paypal and no third party tries to collect your data.

The user must not leave his access to third parties for use and keep his access data secret from third parties. As soon as the user becomes aware that his access data has become accessible to third persons and/or his user account has been misused, he is obliged to change his password and inform good question immediately.

Obviously, paypal starts from commercial use or high-price transactions have been initiated. I don’t know, but then there are more duties and not just rights.

If it is an information directly on your PayPal account, you should comply with Paypal’s request. Something’s missing.
