Paypal?
So I'm 14 years old and have a PayPal account with a fake visa, fake address and fake phone number, only the email isn't fake and someone accidentally sent me 80 euros and I sent it directly to another PayPal account and bought things with the money and now this person wants his money back but I don't have the money and I didn't give it back and he opened a case with PayPal but I was right and they didn't give him the money back and now he has my phone number and he says he wants to file a report, my question is, will I get a fine or get into trouble with the police???
The good right of the person. You will have to pay the EUR 80 back.
Of course you get trouble with PayPal and the prosecutor’s office.
Apparently, you even have two PayPal accounts. I guess you could run out of both accounts and you as a person. In criminal law, it is more likely to be an attitude of the procedure or social hours in a small amount.
First of all, I would like to ask you to pay attention to spelling and phrases in the future, then don’t hurt others so much to read. To the point: To limit the damage, you should immediately repay the 80,- close your PayPal account and hope that grass will grow over the cause. In the future, you follow the rules and think more about the consequences of your actions. Then your world and your fellow human beings will be a little better.
So I made the money back as they said and I didn’t get a fine.
That would be fraud and the police will take care of you, and you will be locked to Paypal forever as a person.
You’ve committed several crimes, and it’s just the right consequence that you get a criminal complaint.
Internet fraud is not a small thing.
Be careful with your parents what you did. Maybe they can save something.
Yes you will probably get ne ad and ne lifelong barrier for Paypal.
Could be, with 14 you are criminal and delictableYou should google that.
And one Final PayPal-Sperre for you as a person is coming up.
