Ist das Bankkonto der Mutter denn auch schon mit dem PayPal Account verbunden und verifiziert? Dann sollte eigentlich kein Geld zurück kommen.
Geld auf PayPal zu überweisen dauert immer 3-4 Bankarbeitstage und ist bei einem verbundenen Bankkonto grundsätzlich unnötig.
Also der Bankkonto von ihr sollte mit Paypal verbunden sein bei dem sie die Überweisung gemacht hat oder ?
Das Bankkonto, von dem die Überweisung kommt MUSS vorher mit dem PayPal Account verbunden und verifiziert sein. Ist es nicht verbunden, wird jede Überweisung zurück geschickt.
