Payback visa flex + / BW BANK?
hallo falls sich einer auskennt bitte helft mir. Seit Wochen rufe ich beim Kundenservice an.
wieso stehen da 2 Saldos? Ich habe die Karte seit 2 Wochen & auf einmal steht da so ein hoher Betrag im minus, aber oben bin ich im plus??
ich habe nämlich Geld drauf eingezahlt weil ich den Verfügungsrahmen gar nicht nutzen will.
wenn ich bei der Bank Anrufe sagen die mir nur
bei uns sind sie im plus. Ja aber man will ja wissen woher dieser hohe minus Betrag kommt.
hoffentlich hat hier auch jemand diese Kreditkarte ..

The one is the framework, which means that we are available as a bank when you need it (1000€) and the smaller amount is the actual balance. Where the 485,99€ comes from, you can only answer yourself, or third parties who have access to the card
It’s about the 485€ I can’t answer. I didn’t even pay so much money. Expulsed & if I were in the minus, the order frame would have to go down …
to the credit card, there will be something like an online presence where you can log in and understand any order. I can do that with my credit cards.
In addition, I must either confirm any transaction, or get at least one info about usage (shop and scope).
Doesn’t your KK offer this?
