Pay with Paypal an amount that is not yet back in the bank account?

Hello dear community,

I would like to use an amount that I've already withdrawn from PayPal, but which isn't yet in my bank account, to make a payment via PayPal Friends & Family. My regular bank account doesn't have enough funds (because the originally withdrawn amount is still in transfer). In theory, that should be possible, right?
