Hello, I sent someone money via PayPal. I entered my bank account number, but there isn't enough money on it like I sent it. It only arrived on Monday. Do you think that's a problem? MFG

My bank informed me today that the branch only has 200-euro notes (and smaller) in stock. Will I be able to get 500-euro notes from the Bundesbank? Officially, you can still use the note; it's even legal tender.

Jepp, if you don’t have an overdraft at the bank, the bank’s debit will be rejected. And Paypal finds something very inconvenient.
