Patreon messages are not being sent, what should I do?

I bought a Patreon subscription, which requires contacting the artist, but my messages aren't being sent. It just says: "Not sent – Try again." I've tried it on various browsers, in the app, on my PC, and on my phone, but it never works. It would be a shame to waste my money on this. Please help.

Or to ask directly where you paid for the subscription. You shouldn't write the money directly just because something doesn't work directly.
