You can use them quite normally. They only have a heat treatment behind them, for reasons of durability.

Such a liter of finished whole egg is only worth when you are planning to bake a lot of bisquit floors or have a big family and want to make a stir eggs for breakfast.

Better take unprocessed eggs, they are ecologically packed and you have no waste of composite material that lands in the “thermal recovery”.
