Does a pony saddle pad fit a Shetland pony?

As asked above:

Does a pony saddle pad fit a Shetland pony?

I want to buy a saddle pad for my Shetland pony (preferably from Krämer), but I can't find any except very expensive ones or in specialized shops. So, this would work; I only need it for lunging. I already have a lunge pad. Do you have any good/bad experiences with Shetland pony products from Krämer?

Thank you very much in advance!

I don’t think it will fit, but there are enough online shops that specialize in Shetty sizes nowadays.

But if you only need it as a support for longing, I can also recommend you from Krämer the longing pads that you put under the longing strap and is only as wide as the strap and you can make a lot of mistake!

Pony’s a whole lot bigger. Except they are still small – then they can fit, but still look too big (depending on how big the Shetty is).

Should go 🙂
I would take normal pony or pony vs, pony dressage will end up still under the belly because it is too long 😂🙈
Or can you not ask other Shetty owners in the stable what they have for sizes and where?
So if there are more Shettys 🙂
Or you look at eBay classifieds as there are almost everything needed well and cheap!

Don’t think that’s right.

But in order to find out it you just have to try it;-)

You can exchange it or sew it for trouble.

I also have a few ponysharks for my Shetty-Welsh Mix (1.15m) and my Welsh A (1.20m). The cocks are also too big for the two, although I occasionally still use them.
