Hello,

yes – the SSD fits the motherboard. I’d rather take the WD Black SN850X. You’ll get more money.

Hello

Yeah, right.

The SSD is just a bit expensive.

Well, that’s just a PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD now. In practice, however, the difference is usually not noticeable except for copying larger amounts of data. Therefore, the Lexar NM620 SSD would also be sufficient, especially since it is significantly cheaper.

If you still prefer to use the higher speed of a correspondingly fast M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD, which is also possible on the B650 board and with the Ryzen Series 7000 AM5 processor, then you can also avoid the 2TB Lexar NM690 PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD, which is slightly cheaper compared to the samsing 990 Pro.

The Samsung SSD uses a somewhat faster DRAM cache, but with the SLC Flash Write cache, the Lexar NM690 is hardly slower on the go, but cheaper.
