You need a new board to do this, assume you want to use your DDR4 bars.

Your board is provided for socket LGA1200 and therefore cannot record a processor for socket LGA1700.

For all motherboards, CPU support lists are provided by their manufacturers, from which you can see which processors can be installed on them. (The same applies to RAM modules.)
