Part-time advertised – full-time also possible?

I often see job advertisements in the public sector that advertise part-time positions.

What if I apply for a full-time position? Will I be invited or not?

Or do you have to apply explicitly for full-time positions?

If a job is written for part-time, they often have no more work for a full-time job. You can apply naturally, I think you won't have much chance.

However, if your application is very good, you might be offered another place where full time is possible.
