Paronychia what now?

Hey.

For about two weeks now, I've had unbearable pain on the edge of my right middle finger whenever I touch something. I couldn't figure out what it was.

Today I noticed that something yellow had formed under the skin at the edge. I thought maybe something had grown in, so I poked at it, and pus came out. Afterward, I was in unbearable pain. I disinfected and washed everything out.

The pain extended into my hand.

I then googled it and read that it's paronychia. And that if pus forms, you should see a doctor. The problem is, my doctor's office is closed starting tomorrow. I won't be able to see a doctor over Christmas, and I won't be home on Monday until next Saturday.

I'm just worried that the infection might get worse and I have no idea what to do about it or who I should turn to.
