Parmigiana mit Feta anstatt Parmesan und Mozerella?

Kann ich Parmigiana mit Feta anstatt Parmesan und Mozerella machen?Denkt ihr es schmeckt trotzdem? Ich mag leider kein Parmesan

You can use any cheese that tastes you. Ideal is the connection between a rich, semi-solid cheese that melts well, and a grated hard cheese that makes a beautiful crust.

Parmigiana and Parmesan are the same. That’s why I don’t understand why you don’t change it because you wrote that you don’t like it…In addition, Parmesan and Feta are more spicy, so I would leave it at the Mozzarella. Whether with feta or with parmesan.

Parmigiana is a South Italian dish based on Aubergines. The name similarity with the cheese called Parmigiano is purely random.

I love Parmesan. That’s why I can’t understand how you can’t like it. I usually take Grana Padana. A little cheaper we taste just as good.

What I can’t stand at all is this artificial parmesan from the packet that people used to scatter over spaghetti. He smells really disgusting.
