No, although you have some special rights with this parking card, you can’t pack any bike paths or footpaths.

Alsoas Hold Absolute Holdert for out and get in is not readily permitted there.

Nearby no available parking available:

  • parking up to three hours at places where the restricted holding ban is arranged. For certain stopping distances, longer parking times may also be authorised upon request. The time of arrival must result from the setting on a parking disk,
  • in the area of a zone stop ban,
  • in places where parking is allowed, but by means of an additional sign a limitation of the parking time is arranged to park beyond the permitted time;
  • in pedestrian areas where loading and unloading is released for certain times during charging times,
  • parking for residents up to three hours,
  • parking on parking watches and parking ticket machines without charge and time limit;
  • parking in designated areas outside the marked parking spaces, in so far as the remaining traffic, in particular the flowing traffic, is not disproportionately affected, provided that there is no other parking possibility at reasonable distance;

The maximum parking time is 24 hours, unless otherwise specified.

On Schutz strip for cyclists is now an absolute ban on holding and in the case of cycling paths running parallel to the road, the parking ban has been extended from five to eight meters at intersections and mouths. In addition, there is a precisely defined minimum distance – within 1.5 meters, outside two meters – which is to be observed when overtaking cyclists.

On the one hand, you mentioned PARKEN above and do not hold for loading and unloading. You should know the difference between holding and parking as a license holder. On the other hand, this is a subject of the responsible city hall, as possible parking spaces are set up/defined. Other traffic space defined as SCHUTZRAUM is intended to alienate and thus endanger them in order to save themselves a few meters, is certainly the wrong approach. There are not for free planners for both areas (obstructed, pedestrian areas, playgrounds and bicycle protection strips etc.). If somewhere is needed or is not optimally solved, the actions are responsible and not any Hauruck actions that may impede or endanger others.

Turn to your competent office, ask them if they can set up a designated disabled parking space there. If a policeman sees you staying there with your disabled daughter, can and he will certainly make use of his discretion and look beyond it, but it does not have to. On the other hand, if he sees your parked car standing there without the driver and a disabled person, I don’t see why he shouldn’t let the vehicle take off immediately.

I guess nobody says anything to get out. But you can’t park. A disabled card is not a free ticket for everything.

As I said, you can’t do that, no. But if you stay there for a short time to get out or let someone get in, then nobody will say anything. You should stay on/in the car to continue in case of cases.

Didn’t know that we have more cyclists since April;-).

Well, at the jump prices, some will probably have changed to the bike;-)

Otherwise I’ll be right to you. I use a bike path for “parking” for a short time, for example, to throw a letter or something similar.

A private person took a photo and the penalty is 55€.

Do you have the fine order from the authorities?

Unfortunately, some people have boredom and are delighted to be able to instill others.

Yeah, I’m sorry. I don’t think they have anything to do in their lives.

However, you also need to understand that in this case it can also become dangerous for cyclists if they have to escape to the road because of you.

No. The protective strip is, as the name says, a protective strip for cyclists. Here you have to control another solution (proven disabled parking etc.).

You can’t park there.

No, of course not. A disability is not a free ticket.

Of course not
