Perfume dupe airport?

What happens at the airport with perfume that comes in small glass bottles? For example, I have two with me, one 50ml and one 30ml. Will there be any problems at the airport?

Also, does the bag have to be completely transparent or is it okay if a few small details are printed on it?

And one last note: If the luggage exceeds the carry-on dimensions, what exactly happens?
