This problem can have various causes. Here are some steps you can try to run again:

Restart app

  • Completely close the Paramount+ app and open it again.

Check internet connection

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data work stable. Try another app or website to see if your internet works in general.

Empty app cache (for Android)

  • Go to the settings of your device → Apps → Paramount+ → Save → Delete Cache.

Update App

  • Check in the App Store or Google Play Store whether an update is available for Paramount+.

Restart your device

  • Sometimes a simple restart of the smartphone or tablet helps.

Disable VPN or proxy

  • If you use a VPN, deactivate it as it can cause problems with the streaming service.

Log in and log in again

  • Try to log out of the Paramount+ app and log in again.

Streaming server problems

  • It may be that Paramount+ itself has technical problems. Check their social media sites or sites like “Downdetector” to see if other users have the same problem.

If the problem continues, you can also contact the Paramount+ support directly.

Hope that helps! 😊

Mobile device

If you’re having issues streaming on your mobile device with the Paramount+ app, try force quitting the Paramount+ app on your device:

  • Check your network connectivity (Cellular Data if applicable)
  • If you are connected to Wifi and still having issues please restart the modem/router then relaunch the Paramount+ app (Check your Internet connection)

When you force even the app, it refreshes the app which can resolve streaming issues.
