“In particular, you should be allowed to commit 6 hours between drugs”

Correct, with the same active ingredient. But since you’re supposed to take two medications, it’s as prescribed completely fine.

If you don’t trust your doctor, find another one.

Hello,

You can take Novalgin and Paracetamol without problems at a 4-hour distance.
It is difficult to make a remote diagnosis without knowing the backgrounds of your illness. Otherwise you can just get 2x tgl. Take paracetamol and 1x tgl.

At best, but please go back to the family doctor tomorrow and discuss your concerns.

The question is more important to me: fever for what? An too early fever reduction extends any infection.
