Paracetamol Überdosierung?
Ich habe am montag um 13 uhr 12 mexalen 500mg und am abend 6 stk genommen.aus versehen…daraufhin habe ich innerhalb 24 h….das antidot acetylcystein 600mg (3 Brausetabletten mit abstand) und aktivkohle genommen,nehme und esse jetzt leberstärkende sachen….ich habe 54 kg bin eigentlich gesund….nur jetzt am mittwoch 48 h später habe ich kopfschmerzen, übelkeit habe mich nur einmal übergeben…..was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich habe angst….notruf meinte bei 12 Tabletten wird nichts sein,bei 20 schon ….aber ich habe nicht gesagt,dass ich insgesamt 18 nahm … Was soll ich tun? Im Internet steht ich sterbe am tag 5….oder gibt jetzt der körper alles um gesund zu werden? Oder wenn es besser geht, dann ist es in Ordnung??Danke!
