Paper jam message, but no paper in the printer?

My HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw printer has been displaying a paper jam message since today, even though I don't think anything is stuck anywhere. I've already tried resetting it, but to no avail. Can you please help me?

Thank you very much in advance 😊

Something has to be in there. There are light barriers in there that show this. A registered one. There is a separate guide from HP for the printer to remove paper stock. Can be downloaded on the HP page and is well explained. They go through once.

I also suggest that something is stuck in a place not to be seen.

Your opinion is irrelevant. Open the printer as prescribed and check.

What happens when you look at her if there’s really nothing in there and you’re okay?

The sensor triggers, probably hangs anything in it (paper rest, dust, ….)

Yeah, they’re pretty sensitive. Somewhere at the toner or the like, or at a conveyor belt, such a fine paper and he reports. All as well as possible disassemble and possibly go to search with the flashlight
