Panic about the gynecologist?

Hi,

I need to see a gynecologist, but I'm so panicked that I've been living with pain for months. How do I find the right gynecologist for anxiety and panic patients? Can I write to them, and if so, what's the best way to do it?

There's nothing you need to be afraid of.

You can't do anything you don't want, and it's nothing new to them to be afraid of, you just have to decide to know.

As long as communication is there, everything can be adjusted so that it is not unpleasant or stressful for you.

So try to calm down, nothing bad can happen. Eyes to and through, especially it is only to your own best.

You can tell every FA about your fears and ask for special consideration. Just as you can stop the investigation almost at any time.

Of course, you can also look for someone who thinks you are specialized with anxiety patients and has made a further education, but in the end you have to trust and see if you feel comfortable on site.

Go to the doctor and let them help you. It's often not better to push it out.

What exactly are you panicking about?

Ask about the practice they would recommend.

I've never heard of women's doctors on panic patients. You should do this at the time of appointment.
