Look at the PandaBuy app while tracking. If it says it is in customs. Can it take between a few hours to days (at me4) that it is passed to DHL.

In the DHL broadcast tracking, something will change only when your broadcast has arrived in Germany.
So I wait until the package is in Germany, and the delivery status will only change?
Well, DHL is not in China.
Consequently, it goes through a China transport, for which you obviously have not received a tracking number until Germany becomes a customs, so there is usually taken over by the Post/DHL in Frankfurt, and from there it is then “trackable”.
