Paket zurückgeschickt, kein Geld erhalten, was tun?
Hallo 🙋🏼♀️,
vor circa zwei Wochen habe ich mein Paket von Motelrocks zurückgeschickt. Das Unternehmen kommt aus Großbritannien, soweit ich weiß. Ich habe eine email bekommen, dass das Paket erfolgreich beim rück Versand eingetroffen ist also nicht das es angekommen ist. Dennoch habe ich bis jetzt immer noch kein Geld auf meinem Konto zurückbekommen. Dauert das einfach so lange oder wird mir das nicht zurückerstattet?

Depending on how it was sent, it takes its time until it arrives, then it lands on a huge return pile, must be processed first, then the money is released and then it builds acuh until you have it back.
Even some German shops need more than 2 weeks from shipping for a return, so abroad this is even less surprising.
To this end, there are many holidays everywhere, here in Germany, in England, etc., which delay this in addition.
