Paket von DHL abholen /keine 18?
Hallo erstmal also ich habe etwas auf Amazon bestellt, das über DHL versendet wurde. Anscheinend konnte die Bestellung nicht zugestellt werden, deshalb steht jetzt in der App, dass eine Abholung in der Filiale erfolgen muss. Bei dieser muss man seinen Ausweis und gegebenenfalls eine Vollmacht vorzeigen. Wie macht man sowas? Bekomme ich Probleme wenn ich keine 18 bin und das auf meinem Ausweis steht (habe bei Amazon ein falsches Alter angegeben) oder sehen die das nicht?

No, it’s not. but actually you can only order Amazon from 18 onwards and there is my name on the package although I am not 18 I am afraid that they will not give me that
