Package stuck in US Customs for over a week?
Hi!
A package for me from California to Austria (from a small retailer, containing two pillowcases) was sent at the beginning of October. According to the tracking system, the shipping partner dropped it off at the USPS on October 13. On the same day, it says something about Customs Clearance and "Arrived at USPS regional facility." Since then, there have been only three updates, with no date, "Held by US Customs."
I didn't receive an email or anything, and the contents aren't illegal (body pillows, but not even naked). I've already contacted the shop, but maybe someone here knows something about it. Do you think my package will ever clear US customs and be sent on?

USPS is the normal post. It may have been sent and not properly logged in to the system. That can happen.
The shop will not be able to help you with the same data.
Track times at different providers, USPS, 17Track, DHL, sometimes there are differences.
Thank you. Funnyly straight, one hour after re-establishing, looking after USPS and there is nothing more about “Held by US-Customs” but Arrived/Departed USPS REgional Facility. So I hope that it might start the road to Austria next week!
