Pick up package with identity check from another person?
My mother ordered a mobile phone with a contract. It's now at a branch, and I know she has to pick it up herself, but she doesn't have time. Would it be possible for me to go there with my ID and hers and have them give it to me? Are they very strict about this, or do you think some would make an exception, or do they not pay much attention to it?
