Paket in Pakstation in einem anderen Bundesland. Was tun?
Hey
After the storage period has expired, the package goes back to the sender and is treated there as RT.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you exactly how VF deals with it because I am not familiar with its processing system.
With my employer, such a return will automatically lead to cancellation.
Why don’t you contact the VF customer service? But don’t let the contract department forward you. This is a bochumer call center that is 0 interested in your problem and is gedrilled to sell you more and more expensive. My partner used to work there. Has stopped there because he was exhorted to answer no more questions that do not lead to take / conclusion.
From my own experience, I would advise you to Telekom anyway. With VF I constantly have problems, including one-sided price increase during the contract term. Is now in consumer protection.
I’m not working in the mobile phone area as a complaint manager. I have no economic interest in Telekom.
You need to solve the problem with Vodafone. The package will be returned to the sender after 7 calendar days.
4 days ago, you almost asked the same question on the same subject, and get answers.
You can ask the same question again in a further 4 days until there will not be much change.
The most sensible answer is still : contact Vodafone.
As long as you’re annoying on the phone until you’ve got a person on it and you’re telling your problem
