Send a Maxi Letter (or BüWa) millimeters larger than required?

I have a package that's also sold as a "maxi letter" (5cm high). But in reality, this package is up to 3mm larger, and the maximum height should be 5cm. (Death penalty!). Tja, da kannste leider nicht viel machen. Ist ne übliche Betrugsmasche die auch funktioniert wenn man es mit Käuver/Verkäuferschutz via Paypal abgewickelt hat.
Der Käufer macht nen Käuferschutz-Fall bei Paypal auf, Ware nicht wie beschrieben (meist wird behauptet es war was anderes drin). Käufer bekommt das Geld von Paypal zurück erstattet. Verkäuferschutz greift in dem Fall nicht (gilt nur für nicht erhaltene Ware).
Fazit: Käufer hat Ware und Geld, Verkäufer hat gar nichts.
(Wie will man beweisen dass man die Ware verschickt hat? Ein Video vom Verpacken machen? Beweist auch nichts, man könnte die Ware nach dem Video ja wieder raus nehmen und durch was anderes ersetzen… Daher ist es nahezu unmöglich zu bewiesen dass man die Ware tatsächlich verschickt hat.)
Ist mir jetzt schon zwei mal passiert. Einfach nichts mehr verkaufen im Netz. Man wird nur verarscht.
Sowas wie ein iPhone würde ich nur gegen Barzahlung und Abholung vor Ort verkaufen. Da ist es generell auch kein Problem einen Käufer zu finden der aus der Nähe kommt.
Möglichweise mit einer Anzeige. Kannst du es belegen, dass es beim Versand im Paket war?
