Paket an Postfiliale abholen Minderjährig?

No matter how often you ask:

You can’t even order Amazon!

At Amazon order, this is only from 18J allowed – no matter what is ordered!

It is forbidden – and that is crucial!

Are you driving a car, too, because you don’t care about the driving rules?

How cute incubation of minor mold children? Big bullshit I’ve ever heard.

Instead of counter-argumenting on my arguments, you mean us as children without any idea to stamp.

Prohibitions in the sense that it is a violation of AGBs and that is not yet illegal or otherwise.

How cute: Incubation of underage children! No matter how many you are, it’s BEING!

Thank you. Thank you. I see the X – the same comment.

As you say, rules are rules and laws.

If you run a car as a minor, it is a law break negligent act and so on and so on. However, ordering via Amazon is only a AGB violation and does not break any laws.

I can’t see your comparison with the car anymore, I’ve seen it too often lately.

You’re comparing an ant with an elephant and never go right on the questions, but just attack.

Theoretically, all students under 16 should not use WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Google Services, IOS because you have to accept all the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. And yet no one hunts these people. So get some help instead of making an old cracker all the time.

He did it, many others too. It doesn’t make you write.

And yes he can pick up the package at most stations because they don’t check the age, but only if the name is correct.

Do you want – as a child – to judge you, to decide what rules and laws you have to adhere to and to which?

Why not? If there are no laws? AGBs are like rules of play, if I violate them, they may not want to play with more – but I don’t know what would be wrong with them. If I can still play it? Bad luck for my gamemate.

How many times do you want to post your wrong nonsense here now?

Anyone who is allowed to order at an online shop and who is not, is specified in the terms of the Terms and Conditions of the Shop. Ready.

Wrong. According to OLG Koblenz (AZ I would have to look out now) the online trading of minors is available as well as local retailers. The so-called “pocket money chart” applies in Olnine shops as well as in a shop.

If the Amazon weren’t interested, they wouldn’t have specified that it was allowed until 18J and that minors were not allowed to order.
And why would Amazon block minors when they catch them?

Rules are rules, GTC are GTC and laws are laws.
And they also apply ALL to you!

Do you want – as a child – to judge you, to decide what rules and laws you have to adhere to and to which?

If you’re doing business yourself later as an adult, how would you find it if your customers violated all the important rules of your business because they don’t give a damn about rules?

Boy, can’t you read? I have already sent you this solution to your last question.

Sure, at least that wasn’t a problem with me. As long as there are no packages from 18

Amazon is only 18 years old!

So I am 15 and can always pick up packages that are not secret from 18

Nevertheless, Amazon is only 18.

Swindlers in the sense of Gauner, Spitsbube, Criminal… correctly formulated, he would be wiser data counters.

Then you’re a fraud!

By providing the “victim” a wealth advantage?

I guess I read it wrong. Passed, and it turned out that it runs over our parents:) So thank you for your help and I’m sorry for the “Müll” I wrote.

Amazon is generally from 18, so it stands in its AGB. There is also no pocket money paragraph, the customer account must run to a full-year person. If your sister is 16, she’s cheating on Amazon with a false birth date and making herself punishable.

After an example, it didn’t belong to you then you have to express yourself better, yes I am. I share it with my sister and she’s 16 there you can buy things up to 60euro and understanding of the parents what’s always the case with me. So if the person is 16 it would be grossly said.

Mommy was an example for a full-year person, thinks logical. People are human;)

Amazon accounts cannot be “divided”. Then tell me you’re shopping on Mamis’s account, only then don’t buy you, but Mommy. Completely over the topic!

Why would I be a scam just because I am? You don’t know who I share my Amazon account with

Order also at Amazon? Then you’re a fraud!

So I’m going to trz all though I’m 15
