Paint/GoodNotes alternative for taking notes at school?

Good Morning,

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad and can therefore use my finger to navigate the screen. I have GoodNotes on my iPad. Now I'm looking for a free alternative that's available for Windows 11, since I find Paint a bit silly for structured notes and don't want to pay for GoodNotes again.

The app is designed for note-taking, but also supports touch functionality.
