Pain under jaw when yawning?

Whenever I yawn, I feel pain right under my jaw, basically between my ear and jawbone. I've been to the doctor several times (an ENT doctor and a general practitioner), and even a physical therapist, but nothing helped, and no one had a solution for me.

I'd actually say that on the side where it hurts (the right side), there's a lump between the ear and jaw that's not there on the left side. I don't usually notice it, except when I open my mouth wide while yawning. It's so uncomfortable that I barely open my mouth when I yawn these days.

Does anyone here have any idea what this could be? I've had it for about a year, shortly after I had my wisdom tooth surgery (or rather, I noticed it shortly after). I also grind my teeth all the time, but not enough to worry my dentist, and I do it on both sides, not just the right. I've had back problems for a while, and therefore also shoulder and neck pain. Maybe it migrated up from there?

Any suggestions on which doctor I could see or what might help me would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙂

So, if the case is presumed to be medically cleared, it sounds like myofascial trigger point". A lens to bulge large tissue swelling usually in the musculature which when pressed with the finger produces a radiant pain. The solution must be pressed for one and a half minutes at constant pressure, then it dissolves. Maybe pick up another physiotherapist.

Can be infected. There is a lot of networking in the head. I would inhale with eucalyptus, take nasal drops, take red light on forehead and ear and also ibuprofen. The intestines with symbioflor pimps would also be good. Strengthens the immune system.
