Pain in the crook of your arm?
Hey,
I had my trial workout at the local gym on Monday because I'm aiming to train as a geriatric nurse and want to get fit for that, my back and so on.
A staff member selected training equipment for me, explained it to me, and demonstrated it, and was with me the entire time during the exercises. Overall, it was actually good, but since yesterday (Tuesday), I've been experiencing pain in the crook of my left elbow. It could be that I'm simply not used to the strain, as my right arm is my stronger arm.
I just don't know what it could be. It hurts when I stretch, but when I bend, it's only passive pain, but I can still feel it. I remember that in the gym, right after exercises, it was the other way around: that bending was worse than stretching.
But nothing is thick, discolored or anything like that.
I have sore muscles in my shoulder and upper arm.
Thank you very much, LG
I think you overloaded your stretches. Maybe in the initial phase you should reduce the weights a bit until your arm got used to it.
Simply comes from the overload or uninhabited load. Is very likely a strong muscle cat and should go away in a few days. Your described pain probably knows everyone from his training beginnings. (:
