I bought something in a game using PayPal exactly 10 days ago, but the money wasn't debited from my account or from the PayPal app. However, I received a confirmation email immediately after payment. What should I do now? I received the product directly in-game.

Hello, my boyfriend (15) proudly told me yesterday that he'd created a PayPal account. Now I can't stop wondering whether there could be legal consequences if he gets caught. Or whether the account would simply be blocked.
For example, if you leave someone €100,000 in inheritance money, they are only allowed to withdraw/transfer €500 per month from the account? Do banks do this, or does anyone else?
