Paid vacation for working students?

Hey! I have a question: I'm currently working as a student employee with a contractually agreed upon 15-hour, 5-day weekly schedule. I wanted to take paid vacation for the remainder of my contracted period (3 hours pro rata per vacation day), which would give me at least 30 vacation hours. My boss, however, said that I haven't been able to work 15 hours every week (because he couldn't guarantee me the hours, not because of my availability) and only wants to pay me for 20 hours. Is that legal?

My boss now said that I didn't come to 15 hours every week (because he couldn't guarantee me the hours, not my willingness)

Acceptance if applicable

If the delay in acceptance is not it can be put to you.

I would also change the title of the question here, then you may get more answers.

Holiday paid out could be paid as you do not want to take the holiday but also get paid out as money.

What you want, if I read the right thing, is to take paid vacation and your AG wants to give you less paid vacation because he "calculates".
