Packstation currently no shipments?
Hello,
A few days ago, I had a package sent to a Packstation. I wanted to pick it up and was standing in front of the Packstation. As you can see in the image below, the Track menu says "The shipment is ready for pickup at the Packstation." When I click "Pick up now," I'm redirected to the Packstation menu. and it says again " You currently have no shipments".
I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.
Sometimes packages are sent to another packing station if the desired is full.
Compare the numbers of the packing station
Contact the support of DHL, we cannot explain this.
