Packstation gives wrong shipping status?
Hello everyone,
My colleague dropped off two packages at the Packstation yesterday around 1:00 PM. I've now received two tracking numbers. One shows the status as normal (delivered to Packstation). The other, however, still has the status "the shipment was notified electronically."
Is this a common mistake?
Or should we contact DHL?
not that the package is gone.. was a very expensive item in the 4 digit range

Presumably, the colleague only scanned one parcel at the packing station and simply placed the second parcel in the compartment of the first parcel.
