Package sent to a non-activated Packstation. What happens?
I ordered something earlier this week and wanted it sent to a packing station near me.
Unfortunately, I later realized that I needed a DHL account to use a Packstation. I quickly registered and completed everything, but there's just one problem. The letter with the TAN for activating the mailbox still hasn't arrived, even though the package was supposed to arrive yesterday. (It's been saying it's been delivered since 9:00 yesterday.)
What happens if I can't activate my account in time?
If it doesn't arrive can I get my money back?

On the package there is no DHL customer number (post number) from you in the delivery address, right?
The package is already inaccessible and is sent back to the sender.
I think because I opened the account before the order. Unfortunately, I only saw how long the activation takes.
I just have the same problem and wait for the letter. You can call DHL and extend the storage time of your package. I had this for up to 7 days.
