Package had tracking for 3 days and then it is no longer available?
For the first time, a package NAT S (as far as I know, a parcel) was sent and strangely enough, it still had a tracking number, which is also a step (see picture) with which I could access the tracking information.
A package was sent to me on Friday (package Nat S) and I received a tracking number.
On Saturday I was notified that it had been picked up and nothing happened since then until Monday.
This afternoon, the shipment tracking suddenly switched to "status open" and "we expect your shipment details shortly"
That surprised me a lot. I then called DHL and the guy told me that there was no name on it and that I should fill out a contact form, but that it was on its way.
I still have pictures of the package and the address + name are correct on it.
I was confused and called another employee who didn't know that a name was missing. He said that it was in Ludwigshafen today and was on its way (it was also sent from a parcel shop in Berlin on Friday).
No one could tell me why the tracking information suddenly disappeared.
I hope my package still arrives.
Do you have answers to my questions?
There is no "package S", so here it is a package, just as you recognized correctly.
It can happen for an exceptional time that a consignment status still appears. Most of the time the show is given to a delivery agent.
This status generally disappears as soon as the package is scanned in the freight center, and there is no further tracing.
What questions?
I just see one: "DHL is weird"? And this is not even a question, it is an assertion.
Is DHL strange? Yeah, like all other parcel services, too.
