You must have ordered something. Huxloe is a parcel service that is not active in DE. He takes over a package from the consignor, delivers it further and then goes to Hermes for your case, who take over the delivery in DE.

once again a summary for all those seeking advice. In the meantime I have received the mysterious “Huxloe/Hermes” delivery and, due to the various stickers, can trace the way back as follows. Amazon USA handed over to DPD USA, DPD USA to the import company Huxloe and Huxloe handed over the shipment to Hermes. The tracking on the Amazon platform is complete for the ton.
I got an announcement today. The consignment number is known to Hermes and is correct. But I didn’t order anything. One thing from Amazon, but to be delivered with DPD. I’ve even given a place of deposit in the morning, as I wait for a package from the USA. Now an email came, “address clarification” was required and I have 10 days for it.
I don’t know Huxloe and I’m sure I didn’t order anything. Also have no confirmation email for a forgotten order.
