P-account help payment?

Unfortunately, I have had a P account for two weeks now. The amount is not high, but €810 has been seized by the health insurance company.
Today I got my salary from my mini job.
My account balance is currently at 634€
Unfortunately, I can't go shopping or do anything else because it doesn't work.
I have 2 children and am currently pregnant.
Will the amount be available tomorrow? Is it a new month? Or do I have to wait a month to receive the money again? That would be awful, since, as I said, I have children…
