I have a problem. The company I work for told me that a German account is required for withdrawals. However, I have a Belgian ING account. Is it possible to open two accounts at the same bank, or how do I go about it?

I want to delete my PayPal account but I can't log in. When I try to log in, a code is sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. If I want to contact support, I have to log in, but that doesn't work.
I just paid for something on Amazon via direct debit, even though nothing was deducted. I usually pay directly via bank transfer.

This is in principle inadmissible.
Each account with a bank within the EU that has an IBAN and is suitable for payments in euro must be accepted by a contract partner like a domestic account.
Whether I have an account with a bank in Germany, Belgium, Spain, Lithuania or another EU country, the employer does not care.
