Ovulation test positive after miscarriage?

I just did an ovulation test and it's positive. Maximum fertility.
I had a miscarriage 6 days ago (6 weeks pregnant) and bled for 4 days. Until Wednesday.
Is it even possible that I am already ovulating?
Does this test detect HCH pregnancy hormones?

The first test shows only an increased LH… that means that the ovulation could take place soon.
The second test is negative. In a positive test, the test line is equally strong or even more pronounced.
Of course, you can already have an ovulation in the following cycle. It's not that far yet.
