It already happened to me that the account was overridden for a few hours because I forgot it was posted a little bit.
That wasn't bad because I had the money – just on another account.

Otherwise, I've never been in the minus and I'm trying to never really slip into the minus.

My reasons for this:

  • Surprising interest is very high. I'm not paying them if it can be avoided.
  • If you have a financial buffer, you do not transfer the account. And if you don't manage to build up a financial buffer, you'll live on your conditions.

I've covered my account once in the last 10 years… at about 300€. One to two times a year, I spend 6-7 thousand euros a month and don't always have the exact overview of the main account. Overall, I run four accounts and, if necessary, I move money from one to the other account.

The last few years, so exactly, I haven't covered my current account for the last 20 years and why? Because I don't have a dispo, that's what I wanted. The advantage is that you're never in the target so in the minus with your account, …i cunning 🦊 ☝️😜

I never do that. Verify enough xD

It's not bad. You just have to count on Dispo interest if you stay longer.

Well, what's bad, €2700 would be a little single now. Of course, depends on the fixed cost of living, which can also be adapted

I have an overdraft, but I have never used it

Your account-leading financial institution will be pleased with the interest that it may charge for overtaking.

I personally don't have to transfer my account.

This would also not be clear with €5,000 net and would be part of the 20th of the current month at the latest.
