Over 9000 euros as a student?

So, I'm asking for your help. I'm a student and don't receive any student loans (BAföG). However, I've always had a €630 job, and my parents pay the rent (because I can't afford it then). So far, since January, I've earned about €5,800 (I worked more during the semester break). Apparently, a student isn't allowed to earn more than €9,000. Now I've got a new job; they're actively looking for students. I'm being hired as a teacher, and if I work 10 hours, I'll get €1,000.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about this. What happens if I earn over 9,000 a year? But I don't get any student loans anyway? Nothing happens, does it? I mean, my taxes are automatically deducted.

I've never heard anything from a 9000 € limit.

Since the question is resolved after your addition (9,000€ was the basic amount 2018, 4 years ago): You can earn more as a student. It's just gonna have to be taxed. You can also earn more than the basic amount of €10,347. Until then, it's tax free. From then on, your income will be taxed. Like all other taxable persons.

By the way, all other incomes such as income from rental are included in the basic amount. If a student already has €5,000 excess from the rental, only €5,347 will remain tax-free.

Therefore, this limit is not generally applicable only to the level of the wage.

If your employer does not own what he is actually obliged to do, you will report to the tax office by making a tax return and explaining the income there.

What was then taxed too little is fixed in the tax ruling as a payment amount.

The same would apply if you have additional income in addition to the wage, eg from rent or as an influencer on social media.

It is about paying tax from a certain amount as a student.

Students are treated as taxable as all other taxpayers. The basic amount of €10,347 is also valid for them.

You can earn as much as you want. Only the working time is relevant to the student status in health insurance.

The income tax law does not know any students it only knows income and they are taxed.

And at a zVE of 9,000,- € the tax burden is 0,- €.

Small note: I react relatively allergic to unfriendly, unharmed or disrespectful questioners. You're coming here, so you need help, too, be nice to those who help you. =)

In the case of pay tax, students are not treated differently than all other taxable persons with income from non-existent work.
