Outlook not working on new laptop?

Hello,

I hope someone can help me 🙂

The following problem:

I have a laptop and an iPhone

Until now I was able to receive and send my emails on my feet.

When I turned on the laptop and opened Outlook, the emails were automatically removed from my phone and I could only read the emails on the laptop.

Now I have a new laptop and have set up Outlook on it.

There is no error message there, a test email worked but I can't send or receive emails.

Everything still works on the phone.

And probably the same with the old laptop.

Does anyone know where the error might be?
