Outlook Mail not showing?

Hello! I just received a notification on my smartphone about an important email. There was also a small preview, which I unfortunately didn't read. After clicking on the notification, I was redirected to the Outlook app, where I couldn't find the email. It's neither in my inbox nor in the junk email folder. I've also tried online on the Outlook.com website and on my PC, but there's no sign of the email. Please help; this email is unfortunately very important, and it would be very annoying to lose it.
